Shipping Policy

Every order from Pufaxis Home ships free within the contiguous United States. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind vintage and antique merchandise, each piece is packed by hand for its size, weight, and fragility.

Processing time

• Small and medium items (ceramics, glass, textiles, lighting, kitchenware): packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Large furniture and oversized pieces (credenzas, commodes, storage trunks, large mirrors): prepared for freight or blanket-wrap delivery within 5–10 business days. A carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Transit time

• Parcel shipments typically arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Freight furniture typically arrives in 7–21 business days depending on your region.

Fragile & antique handling

Ceramics, glass, porcelain, and figurines are individually wrapped, corner-protected, and double-boxed. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and, when needed, crated. We photograph condition before shipping so both of us have a clear record.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and see a piece you love, email info@pufaxis.store and we will look into freight-forwarding options.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order dispatches. Freight deliveries include the carrier's contact so you can arrange a convenient appointment.
